Yes they are all real and I put a few up there myself, This place is in Pensacola Florida My hometown, its called McGuire's its an Irish restaurant/Pub. People as tradition will sign their names or put a quote on a dollar and staple it to the ceiling or wall, they are not out of date, people put more up every day. They have to count all of them each year for tax purposes. And yes people will steal them every now and then but usually get busted because the large writing on them is a dead give away and the drunk who steals them usually tries to buy beer with them 2 blocks down the street...
